Account settings

If you ever want to change any personal details, like your name, email address or photo, you can do so in the account settings. You can find all your settings under 'My account'.

Changing your account details

If you click on "my account", like in the screenshot above, your account settings will pop up. From there you can change all kinds of account details, as you can see below. 

 

Changing your email address

If you want to change your email address, we will first validate your request by requesting your current password and entering your new desired e-mail (as shown in the example below).

Changing your password

In addition, if you want to change your password, a pop-up screen will appear to guide you through the process of creating a new password as shown below. Make sure your password meets the following requirements:

• At least 1 letter

• A minimum of 8 symbols

• At least 2 numbers

• 1 special symbol
