If you want to make some changes to your meeting, you can easily do this from the meeting overview. This is good if you had a change of plans, need to add another guest or if you have to assign the meeting to someone else.

Click on the three dots click for the relevant meeting to be able to:
Invite new guest
For a planned meeting, you can add an additional guest. The guest will receive a confirmation email with the guest link. This is the standard confirmation email for a planned meeting.
You can also use this option to add a colleague or when there was a spelling error in the email address.
When you reschedule a meeting you can choose a new day and / or time based on a booking form. Do not forget to specify a reason, the customer will also receive the reason together with the new date and time.
Please note that it is not possible to reschedule meetings that have a LIVE status.
Easily cancel the meeting, just don't forget to give a reason, the customer will also receive the reason for cancellation.
Assign to someone else
Select the user to whom you want to assign the meeting. Click update user to definitively reassign the meeting. The relevant user then receives a email confirmation of the meeting.
If there is 'not available' behind the person in question, this means that they have a block in their agenda at that time, this can be blocked availability or blocked video conversation. Despite the message 'not available' you remain able to assign the meeting to the user.
Please note that it is not possible to reassign meetings that have a LIVE status.
